Low Season: Mid October to Mid March

Mid Season: Mid March to Mid June and Mid September to Mid October
£850 per week
High Season: Mid June to Mid September

A well behaved dog is welcome (A surcharge of £40 per week) – All the house rules will be explained.

Terms of Conditions:-
1. 10% deposit to be paid 4 weeks before arrival date.
2. Outstanding payment before or on arrival.
3. You may lose your deposit if you cancel within 10 days of arrival.
Arrival/Departure:
1. All departures by 10AM
2. All arrivals anytime after 4PM
Condition of property:
1. Please leave the property clean ,tidy & bins emptied before departure
2. There will be a surcharge for any breakages or damages
3. No pets on furniture or bedrooms
4. No smoking please!
Insurance:
Short term licence No – HI-40365-F
Issued by Highland Council 13 June 2024 -expires 12 June 2027.
This semi detached property is insured for a maximum of 6 persons with overnight stays.
Guests are of course allowed to have visiting friends.
Method of Payment:
